Most people do not come to therapy because something is wrong. They come because something feels heavy, stuck, or harder than it should be to carry alone.
It might look like overthinking everything, being hard on yourself in ways you would never speak to anyone else, feeling constantly on, or swinging between holding it together and feeling like you are barely keeping up. For some people, that tension shows up through anxiety, burnout, body image distress, or a complicated relationship with food. For others, it is more quiet, an ongoing sense of disconnection from self, or never quite feeling settled in who they are.
Whatever form it takes, it often has one thing in common. You have been trying to manage it alone for a long time.
In my work, I focus on what is happening underneath the surface patterns and how anxiety, self worth, eating concerns, relational struggles, and early attachment experiences shape the way you relate to yourself and others. I work with children, adolescents, families, and adults who are trying to step out of cycles that no longer feel sustainable and into something more grounded and self connected.
Therapy with me is not about fixing you. It is about understanding what has been happening and slowly building a different way of being with yourself, one that feels less critical, less reactive, and more steady over time.
I bring a style that is both gentle and direct. Sessions tend to feel reflective but also active. We do not just talk about patterns, we work with them. I integrate approaches like CBT, DBT, EFT, IFS, somatic awareness, and intuitive eating, but I do not lead with a model. I lead with you and what actually helps you shift.
Outside of my work, I value simplicity and presence, slow mornings, movement, time with people I trust, and space to step out of doing mode and back into life itself.
If you are looking for a space to untangle what has been building inside, reconnect with yourself, and move toward something steadier and more easeful, I would be glad to connect and see if it feels like the right fit.
